Our mission is to preserve and promote the use of indigenous ingredients (plants, herbs, spices) including methods and culture to maintain health, wellness, and promote overall well-being. 

About Us

The main ingredients in our food, hair, and body care products were discovered and used by native communities for centuries. Ingredients used by indigenous communities are rooted in ancestral knowledge, steeped in traditional methods, and has withstood the test of time.

What has been will be again, what has been done will be done again; there is nothing new under the sun (Ecclesiastics 1:9). Prior to the Covid 19 pandemic, food, medicine, and cosmetics derived from local, natural environments declined in use. Indigenous ingredients matter! During the pandemic many people turned and returned to local remedies, embraced traditional methods, and used indigenous ingredients from all over the world to maintain their health and boost their immunity. Here at Indigenous Ingredients, we are honored to continue this movement because you’re very hard to control when you’re healthy, very hard to manipulate when you’re clear, and you’re very hard to influence when you possess the knowledge to treat yourself.  

We’ve done the hard work of consulting science & tradition. Then, we sourced some of the world’s best organic indigenous ingredients, which we then meticulously hand-crafted to help you take care of you.
